My Goals:
Look great for my husband...whom accepts me as I am... I would like for him tos see me at my best. I would like to wear a size 14 without the squeeze Look great in a photography Run and play with my girls without feeling out of breath short term goals: Loose 10 lbs 20 lbs 30 lbs 40 lbs 50 lbs 60 lbs I would like to think of ten pound goals as a way of staying motivated. I want to shine and see my colar bone...it was so neat. No rolls on my belly After I lose the weight I would like to have a baby with my husband. I know this sounds crazy...but I have thyroid problem  and it best that my weight is down before I have another child or maybe children ? Return to college and complete MSW

My Program:
Drinking water; even though I hate it more than anything. It's a bit better with lemon and cherry.  MOVING; I mean getting up off my butt.  Going to the gym 3 times a week and walking everyday after work...No more sitting and watching the girls play...I want to get in the GAME!

My name is actual pronouced Lay la kesha I know FABULOUS. I am the only girl for both of my parents. I am 5'3 and a quarter? Some days I meet my husband in college...I first thought that he wasn't my type...little did I Know. I love photography...HATE COOKING and enjoy writing and reading when I find time. Believe in supporting mothers and the human body ablitly to take care and prepare itself.

All things are possible through CHRIST. This got me through COLLEGE and being a single mother working serveral jobs. Believe it to achieve!!! Double dip at the gym today? Go you! That's a victory for sure! Believe it or not, I'm on schedule to cross 1,000 fitness minutes this month. But I'm really not proud of how I'm doing it. I've been working out like crazy for these past days, logging some major fitness minutes. Which is what I should be doing ALL month instead of the last few weeks to keep that streak going. I just lost all interest in the gym for the past few weeks. But I'm feeling invigorated and recommitted to exercise. Who knows, maybe next month I'll have more then 1000 minutes from consistent exercise every week. I sure hope so! Let us both keep the momentum going. Godspeed! emoticon emoticon
