I was going to press the PANIC button when I saw you're post I had to pop in. You can and will do this. You have gotten this far. I just rebooted myself today from that feeling of failure. Just accept your weaknesses and build up from there.
I know you want to cross the finish line, I do too, but each day with good choices and some bad choices will not get you there faster or slower. You know what works for you, get back on tracking and stay in portion control. If all else fails, eat the wrong things in one serving not one serving size fits all.
