I want to continue on this journey I'm on to lose this excess weight I've been carrying around for the past 15 years. I went from 270 to 219 an then I got comfortable with my weight and started eating more & working out less my 5lb weight gain turned into a 19lb weight gain now I'm at 237  I'm so upset with myself, my size sixteens are tight and my uniform shirt won't stay buttoned. I'm ready to move forward and get out of the 200's, I came to far ...

Keep my calories between 1200-1500
more fruit, veggies, whole grains and lean protein
7414;... less junkfood, fried foods and fastfood. .
Cardio 4 to 6 times a week for at least a hour.
weights: 3 times a week. 

Personal Information:
Was raised a military brat.. I LIVE IN MARYLAND and HAVE ONE TEENAGE SON... That's enough right there... Lol

Other Information:
LOVE TO READ ROMANCE NOVELS, WATCH ROMANTIC COMEDIES AND ACTION MOVIES LOVE TO BE OUTSIDE IN THE WARMER MONTHS  AND INSIDE IN THE COLDER MONTHS....

Thanks for visiting my page. And I glad to be able to motivate you. Believe me, if you stick with your daily goals, you will be receiving messages like the one you wrote to me... I wrote to many persons on Spark people when I started, sucking out all the motivation I could get.

If you have a bad eating day one day, start over again the next morning; or the next meal. Try hard to not keep the bad foods around. You can have as much of those fruits and veggies as you want. Learn to love them, and love water too, it's life.

I love exercising so, that was a plus for me from days, one, and it became easier and easier. But, I do get bored easily, so I was constantly changing the things I do. Think about it , plan it and do it. Same for food.

Hi and thanks for the congrats !! but you owe that to yourself as well , we lost the same amount of weight , so you got this thing figured out , LOL , .
