Not all who wander are lost
I'm a 38 year old female who's run out of excuses why I shouldn't be trying to lose weight and feel happy about myself again. Considering how much extra weight I have I'm very lucky to not have any serious health problems. I'm looking to match my health on the inside of my body with the health of the outside of my body. During this journey I'm going to find the person inside me who doesn't hide behind her weight.
