My Goals:
- Practice yoga everyday for 30 days - Attend 2 classes a week (the rest are at home practices) - Perfect my headstand - Learn to do a forearm stand - Practice handstands
My Program:
- I use yogaglo.com to take classes at home. My favorites are classes by Jo Tastula and Dice Iida Klein - I attend ballet class once a week - I will go to my local yoga studio twice a week
