Happy New Year - 2011!
I'm a married suburban mother of two school age children who lives in the greater metrowest region of Massachusetts.
We live in a campy community so I have no excuses for lack of opportunity to take nice walks except my laziness.
I work with athletes and embarresed by being the overwieght one in the bunch.
I want to be active with my family, feel respected in my profession and develop better self esteem.

My Goals:
My goal obviously is to drop some weight but overall to have better self esteem, health and more consistant energy.
My Program:
So, far no distinct program except watching portion sizes and trying to get my self more active physically daily.
Wii fit is a new fitness tool for me.

Live in the Metrowest of MA, married mother of two. Our family is very active in our community, scouting, spending time together outdoors and with friends and family.
Other Information:
Love a good People magazine or easy beach read. Also, addicted to pop 80's music.
