I know it will be here before I know it, so Im trying to loose as much as I can for it.

I just graduated college so I am in the process of looking for a job as a Medical Assistant.

Hi Lauren, I'm doing great. I weigh at the doctors tomorrow so nervous for sure. But I'll be ok eithe way. I was at my highest 484 lbs and down to 369. So something is working.I'd love to be your buddy. Email me sometime if you'd like and we'll go from there. Sincerely, Susan emoticon

Hey Lauren, to answer your question-- no, I'm not counting carbs. I have been counting calories but I'm still eating well and exercising, which has been very effective. Try not to obsess with carbs or calories, and focus on eating balanced healthy meals, with carbs, vitamins and lots of proteins. My main advice would be: make sure you eat a good, filling breakfast, and try to eat it before 9AM. If you eat a bowl of oatmeal, it will keep you full till lunch, so you won't have cravings for bad snacks. (Fruits are great snacks of course, but I tend to get derailed by chips and such during the day.) Good luck with all of your goals. :)
