Hi! I have recently gone through some serious life changes and the stress of it all has caused me to realize I have to make some positive changes. Stress reduction, learning to live one day at a time, letting go, experiencing the moment, creating peace - these are all things I want to have characterize my life.

My Goals:
I want to lose weight without obsessing about it, with the goal right now of me - 7 lbs. I want to lower my blood pressure by 10 points. And I want to learn to go to bed on time so I can get at least 7 hours of sleep every night.
My Program:
I am using a GREAT program called Yourself Fitness, which is a virtual fitness program used with Playstation of all things! My 19 year old daughter got it for her graduation, and once she introduced me - well I'm hooked (which is a good thing :) The program focuses on cardio and then rotates through core, upper, lower body and flexibility training to tone up. I LOVE IT! I feel great, just don't seem to be dropping the lbs!
Personal Information:
I'm from Texas, where everything is bigger, which isn't so good when you want to lose weight!
Other Information:
I am a Labor and Delivery Nurse and LOVE my job! My 3 children keep me busy with their musical talent and I feel very fortunate to have them in my life. I'm lucky to be married to the love of my life - going on 21 years now :)
