To be a healthy Christian lady. With a normal weight size. My goals for Oct. 2012 Lose 15lbs. and 5inches; Exercise for 60min,daily; eat 5fruits/veggies daily; drink 10 cups of water daily.

My motivation: To look younger;Have my clothes fit better;Live longer;Feel and be stronger;Have more energy;Lower my blood pressure and cholesterol;Stick around to see my grand,great-great,etc,kids grow up;Relax around other people and be myself and to prove to myself that I can do It.
