Hey Laine: If that is a recent photo U have posted you sure are a young looking 65. I have a few years on you and a lot more wrinkles. Taking it 5 pounds at a time is a great goal. I might do that, but at the moment I am looking at being in Onederland. That is anything below $200.
I luv needle work, but I think most of the time I could use for that is spent on the computer. I only cook on occasion. I make recipe's in batches for the freezer. I do this to keep my domestic talents in tact in case I get lucky, but sure not countin on it at my age.
I use to try to get to the pool everyday, sometimes twice a day. I am shying away from that plan due to some skin cancer. I ride my bike more and wog on the WII in front of the TV watching a DVD movie.

Hi Laineek, I haven't checked out the team "SP Class of 2/15" too much. When I found the "Zone Dieters" team I focused my time there because In knew we were all on the same basic food plan. Thanks for the comment and encouragement. I lost a lot in my first 10 days or so.. but only a bit more than a pound this week. I DID however walk LOADS.. so I am hoping I gained muscle! ;-) I too really need to lose 100 lbs to get back to my "marriage weight" of 145. I don't know if that's realisitic or not... so I set my goal for 165. I'll be happy to be a size or two smaller! Anyway... good luck on your journey.
