A Healthier Happier Me!

My name is Alicia. I work in a retail store which sells men's clothing. My job is to help the wardrobe consultants pick out shirts, ties, suspenders, shoes, and everything else that would look nice on each particular customer. I also help newly engaged couples pick out tuxedos. I love to pick out clothes for other people and am very interested in fashion. I also love photography, animals, and my boyfriend. :)

I started SparkPeople last year and lost 7-8 pounds and slowly became healthier, but of course life throws curveballs at you and things sometimes don't go as planned. So, I have not been on for the entire summer/fall. I am determined, however, to start again. In the time that I was not on Spark I lost about 6 more pounds, but I'm 157 now. I'm excited to get down to my goal, and stay healthy. :)

Well, I'm looking forward to losing weight and keeping fit!

Eat between 1200-1500 calories a day

Burn 400-500 calories a day by cardio

Drink eight 8 cups of water each day

Take every opportunity to exercise

Other Information:
I really enjoy learning about other cultures. I love to watch the show Bizarre Foods because I get to see what crazy foods I may eat if I get to travel the world someday! :)
