•Hi there! I'm Alicia and I'm excited to share my goals and life with you all. 😄 I live in Indiana with my husband and our 3 fur babies. (two kitties and a husky pup)• •I work in retail so my schedule is not very consistent which has made it difficult for me to set aside a time for exercise. It's tough for me to keep motivated as I am literally addicted to sweets and carbs. This year, I am determined to make a change!• •On our wedding day almost 3 years ago, I weighed 145lbs and felt great! Now I'm currently at 166 and have trouble breathing when I walk up and down stairs... Not exactly something a 27 year old should have trouble with! I love swing dancing and Zumba, so I've made myself a goal of practicing each of those at least twice a week. I just need to remind myself how great I feel after exercising!• •I know that it's not "all about the numbers" so I am not beating myself up to get down to specific weights, they are just guidelines for myself! Mostly I need to feel more energized, healthy, and strong!• •Well, I'm looking forward to losing weight and keeping fit!• -Alicia Goals/Goal Weight by each date: 1/1 - current = 166 4/1 - goal = 155 7/1 - goal = 145 10/1-goal = 135

Eat between 1200-1500 calories a day

Burn 400-500 calories a day by cardio

Drink eight 8 cups of water each day

Take every opportunity to exercise

I really enjoy learning about other cultures. I love to watch the show Bizarre Foods because I get to see what crazy foods I may eat if I get to travel the world someday! :)

    emoticon It's nice to meet you Alicia. I'm Stephanie. I can totally understand how you feel! I read your bio on here and was like "me too!" except I have way more weight to lose. I have never heard of someone your size having trouble going up the stairs and getting winded... I guess it is more about fitness than weight. You inspire me though. Thank you for the friend request!
