Fit for School

I used SparkPeople before, but I lost the email and password for that account, so I've decided to start fresh.

I'm so tired of being overweight and unhappy. My anxiety and stress that I have because of my weight has cost me so many things and I'm done.

I currently weigh 250 pounds. I want to lose 50 by August (before the start of my sophomore year of college). Then, I want to keep losing throughout the semester and beyond to get to a healthier range of 130-145. (I ...

I'm so tired of being overweight and unhappy. My anxiety and stress that I have because of my weight has cost me so many things and I'm done.

I currently weigh 250 pounds. I want to lose 50 by August (before the start of my sophomore year of college). Then, I want to keep losing throughout the semester and beyond to get to a healthier range of 130-145. (I don't think I could ever be down at 115-125. Everyone in my family is generally bulky, even the thin ones :P )

I really just want to be happy and healthy. Please help me do that.
