My Goals:
My goal is to get in shape. I'd like to run a half marathon in Spring 2010.
A secondary goal will be to lose 40 pounds.
The third goal is to tone up and build muscle to protect my bones.

My Program:
My main 'program' right now is to eat in a more aware way.
I am staying away from sugar, cutting out soda, eating smaller portions, and drinking lots of water.
I am working up to running by alternating walking and running and building up to running fulltime.

Personal Information:
REWARD SYSTEM
1 month running: yoga mat and/or resistance band
2 months running: runner's stop watch
3 months running: Ipod arm band
4 months running: camel water bottle
5 months running: new workout clothes
6 months running: heavier dumbbells.
