My goal is to get in shape. I want to accompany my girls on a Europe backpacking trip and would love to be fit and fine for that. A secondary goal will be to lose 40 pounds. The third goal is to tone up and build muscle to protect my bones.
My husband and I are (loosely) following the Four Hour Diet of Low/Slow Carbs only along with moderate exercise. It's working great for us. We feel so much healthier!
