I'm following the SP numbers, and they're having a great effect. Utilizing portion control and making better choices about what to eat, without cutting anything out that I really enjoy.

Also working on getting a minimum of 10 min of some sort of exercise/day, sometimes a good bit more than that.

You are amazing! It is so fun getting to "new low weights"! Do you feel like you have an extra spring in your step, or is it just me? I feel like seeing a brand new weight gave me the extra burst of motivation to really pump up this journey. I was going along kind of meh there for a while after being stuck for so long, but I feel like this is almost getting fun again. Keep up the amazing work, you are so inspiring to us all! emoticon

Glad to hear you back is feeling better. I have tweaked my back in the past and sometimes even the slightest of movements hurt.

Finally got over being sick and started working out again. Have lost 2 of the 5 pounds that I gained since quitting smoking, holidays, and being sick.
