    Howdy, thanks for dropping by--you asked for my Stevia-based cole slaw recipe. Here goes. I use a small sized package of shredded (or shred my own) cabbage with carrots and purple cabbage mixed in with the green) and set that aside. Into a clean bowl I open one SweetLeaf Stevia package and approximately 1 tbsp braggs apple cider vinegar. I swirl the bowl around to mix them and dip a clean spoon tip into the mixture to taste it is sweet enough (not too vinegar, not too sweet, but just right or I adjust it--but usually it is just right). Then I add celery salt and lime-based mayo and stir well to combine. Then I open the cole slaw package and stir to combine. Let sit in the fridge while cooking a meal--or even over night for the best slaw! YUM, YUM! Hope you enjoy. It really cuts a lot of calories! emoticon

    Hi. Pickleball is similar to tennis, but court is smaller and you use a paddle and a ball similar to a whiffle ball A lot easier on body that tennis, but a definite workout. It's the fastest growing sport right now :)

    Thanks so much for reading the article and responding. I love that you do ballroom dancing!! That's so cool. Randy and I took lessons with friends for a while. It was nothing short of hilarious, but we had fun. Let me know if you ever post a video. Would love to see!
