I love this shot! A bona fide size 12 all around!

The blue blouse, THE dress and this outfit, all @ 30 lbs down from my start before SP.

Well, you asked for it! Here is THE dress! And I'm even wearing the jacket! Whoo-hoo!

How have things been going? I'm eating less, cut out sweets a couple months ago, and being more active. So far no change on the scale but I guess I feel better. That is more important anyway. I know it has to do with meds and inability to move a lot but I have been more active and eating half of what I normally might eat. Laid off the sweets too for a couple months now. Asked the doc why the scale won't move and he said, "be more concerned about your health than your weight". We remodeled two floors of the house. Too expensive to buy another house so we made changes here. I am reorganizing my craft room today. Once done I will work on an afghan for my daughter.

Howdy, thanks for dropping by--you asked for my Stevia-based cole slaw recipe. Here goes. I use a small sized package of shredded (or shred my own) cabbage with carrots and purple cabbage mixed in with the green) and set that aside. Into a clean bowl I open one SweetLeaf Stevia package and approximately 1 tbsp braggs apple cider vinegar. I swirl the bowl around to mix them and dip a clean spoon tip into the mixture to taste it is sweet enough (not too vinegar, not too sweet, but just right or I adjust it--but usually it is just right). Then I add celery salt and lime-based mayo and stir well to combine. Then I open the cole slaw package and stir to combine. Let sit in the fridge while cooking a meal--or even over night for the best slaw! YUM, YUM! Hope you enjoy. It really cuts a lot of calories! emoticon

Hi. Pickleball is similar to tennis, but court is smaller and you use a paddle and a ball similar to a whiffle ball A lot easier on body that tennis, but a definite workout. It's the fastest growing sport right now :)
