You are so right about things being more exciting at first and then turning into the long slog. Great idea to decide out loud where you're running the next day! I'm trying to plan out meals too & avoid restaurants.
I just saw your ticker and 119?? ........ I think you need some chocolate so we can fatten you up!! ... I consider 119 'borderline' ............... model thin ............. Ok to add you as friend cause I like your humor and humor and laughter is just what works .......... nothing taken too seriously ......... let me know .......... 2B .. (Jan) 903 days ago
Well hello ... Your comments on my blog, Discovering, made me sit up and take notice. Suddenly someone was speaking my language ... feeling what I feel ... going through what I go through. I do the same things you describe!!! *How do you feel about that one?* I had a teary eyed, moment of silence, reaction because you are the FIRST person that seems to understand the physical AND emotion parts of what I wrote. *sigh* Thank you! for responding and sharing part of your story.
Thanks for the info on ADD, and i do have a strict diet for my kids. Mainly because when my oldest goes to her dads and the youngest goes to her Nana's, they eat nothing but junk food. This is something that i have been fighting with for years. And i know it sound kind of mean, but since i can't talk any sense into the dad and the nana. I showed my kids pictures of children with diabetes and other health issues (because of bad eating habits) and explained them what will happen if they continue. My oldest is 10 and tries to eat healthy everywhere she goes (she loves fresh fruit and veggies anyway so this was easy) My 6 year old is starting to learn that when she eats junk food, it makes her belly upset, she is slowly learning and starting to make healthier choices when away from home. Thanks for the info. One step at a time i guess 947 days ago
