Congrats on your accomplishments. Just read your blog about spark guy commenting on yours.....very cool! Keep up the good work, you can lose the rest. I started at almost the same weight you did and was stuck in the 170s for a while, with perseverance and persistance you will get to your goal weight!

Hi! read your blog, added you as friend. I'm almost at your weight, too. It's been a bit of a struggle for me the past few months. I'm going to try to track my food more and hope to lose 5 more pounds before my 10k in September. Hope you might join in the challenge. Maybe we can inspire each other.
