Eat Food, Not Too Much, Mostly Plants. (Michael Pollan) Feeling a bit hungry is invigorating! No processed food, no sugar; smaller portions, no snacking. Flexitarian. Exercise AT LEAST an hour a day. Become a Runner. Done!
