My Goals:
*1500 Fitness Minutes - May 2013

*Bench press 135lbs

*Lose 10% by June 2013

*Complete a half marathon

My Program:
I track my food, aim to have fresh fruits and veggies make up the majority of my diet, and I avoid processed foods.

Tracking my food and fitness helps me be aware of what I am doing for my body, which makes me more aware of moments when I feel like binge eating. This awareness helps me adjust my response to my triggers.

I exercise regularly, with and without my faithful workout buddies. I run, I take core strengthening, kick boxing, and Zumba classes, and I lift big weights. Recently, I've added Sparkpeople exercise videos to the repertoire.
