My Goals:
Always, always exercise every day, even if just minutes, have a smaller dinner as soon as we become empty nester's, learn to eat all meals and snacks, and have fun doing it.

My Program:
When at home I set the stove's timer to two hours when I finish having a meal to remind myself of eating a snack or lunch.

Other Information:
Favorite books.... Daily Life Strategies for Teens by Jay McGraw, The Art of Worldly Wisdom by Baltasar Gracian, The Twilight Saga, Memories of a Geisha and The kite Runner.
