I just read your comment on the "addicted to food" thread on the message board, and I wanted to say thanks for pointing out some of the flaws in the DSM. I have, according to the DSM, a "disorder," but my "disorder" can be cured by plastic surgery (among other things)? That manual has some major problems... Anyways, I also liked seeing you're leading a group for secular folks! That's GREAT to see! One of my biggest annoyances about this site is the sheer number of religious references and attribution of individual success and hard work to a higher power. I'm glad to see there ARE other free thinkers here. It's too bad I live in CO and can't participate in some of the secular gatherings the group is hosting.
