Hey everyone, I'm just getting started with this website and really trying to lose weight. I really love food and don't have very much discipline. I've never in my life been the "skinny" girl, even when I was really active. That's before I've always overeaten junk food. Hey everyone, I'm just getting started with this website and really trying to lose weight. I really love food and don't have very much discipline. I've never in my life been the "skinny" girl, even when I was really active. That's before I've always overeaten junk food. I figure I'm going to work really hard for 7 months (that's how long it's supposed to take to reach my goal weight) and then if I decide I love food more than my skinny body then I'll just gain it back. But until August, I'm determined to lose this weight. I have really low self esteem and that's the main reason I'm doing this; I want to be happy!
