Almost there...!

After gaining my freshman 20 (whoever said dining halls are a terrible thing has obviously never been privy to an ice cream buffet) and being generally overweight for mostof my life before that, I realized I was on track to hit 200 lbs. and basically freaked out. Taking the old school route, I exercised and healthily ate my way down from 185 to 145 (or a pant size of 15 down to a size 6). It took a couple years, but crisis averted! Now I try to run 4 miles a day (and I used to haaate running) ...

Now I try to run 4 miles a day (and I used to haaate running) and am almost neurotic about what goes in my mouth during an average day. I'd still like to take off another 10 lbs., mostly as a motivation to continue exercising and eating well so I don't go back to where I was. That's that! :)

My Goals:
My half-goal is to weigh 130 lbs., but in reality it's to maintain 140 lbs. I don't see any reason to weigh less since at this point I'm building muscle and going for lean instead of skinny.

My Program:
Counting calories has become my hobby, and I'm always getting as much out of them as I can. I cook religiously by CookingLight.com and have become quite a chef! I run and swim to accomplish my 180 minutes of exercise a week, and I feel great!

I read your comment about being proud of the ability to run without being sick...that's what I'm going for too, eventually! It's nice to know it CAN be done! Keep up the good work!
