Weight: I'd like to get down to and maintain a weight between 150 and 165lbs.
Fitness: I'd like to get back to running 3x a week, getting my 5k race time back under 30mins.
At the moment, I'm trying to get back to paying attention to what I eat and making sure to exercise a little bit everyday. In a couple of months I'll once some life stuff is more settled, I plan to formalize my exercise programme.
