Hi there! I'm Kaity. I am a 22 year old, full time employee, full time college student living in Eastern NC. I have always been a chunky person but my weight really sky-rocketed after I got married due to being generally unhappy, dealing with infertility and losing a baby. Hi there! I'm Kaity. I am a 22 year old, full time employee, full time college student living in Eastern NC. I have always been a chunky person but my weight really sky-rocketed after I got married due to being generally unhappy, dealing with infertility and losing a baby. We split up on 8/1/11 and thats when I decided to take my life back both mentally and physcially. I weighed in at my highest on that day at 295. I swore to myself I would never see that number again and I don't plan to. I lost about 50lbs by December 2011 and feeling good about myself I started to socialize more and go out more with new friends and quickly put back on about 15 lbs. So here I am today (9/13/12) at 260. 35lbs from my highest weight and no where near the goal I had set for myself for the year mark of our separation. My divorce should be final by the end of the month and that chapter of my life will truly be closed then and I can start living for myself and my future. My goal is to get down to 135lbs. I still have 125lbs to go. I plan on weighing less than what I've lost. Right now though I just want to see ONEderland.. a magical place I haven't seen since my 8th grade year. I am hoping to be to ONEderland by January 1st 2013. I know I can do this. I am tired of the yo-yo dieting and I am ready to be the Kaity that I know is inside.
