Hi fellow bookworm! I'm sorry you have so much pain when you're still so young . I have OA too and muscle pain (I'm being tested for lupus), and Restless Leg Syndrome--also diabetes. I know how painful it can be. I'm going to start riding my recumbant exercise bike for 8 min. 3 times a day. Are you able to do a little exercise of some sort? I'm 65 --didn't have any of this in my 30s. Hang in there---weight loss will improve joint pain. We are all here to offer support so post frequently.
