According to your nutrition tracker, looks like you keep it pretty clean and are trying to lean out. Keep your carbs up in the morning and for lunch, then you cut back at dinner and just eat veggies, protein, and greens sprinkled with a vinegar of your choice. Vinegar is great for your digestive system. Stop by anytime for advice.
