My new goals are to continue on a healthy lifestyle path. As there have been victories and bumps along the way (currently working my way out of one of those bumps) I want to be continued to be encouraged by this site. And attain my goals for a more fit and healthier me!
Increase my flexibility 100%. I want to have yoga be apart of my life more often than it is now which is like 3-4 times a month.
Current program under rediscovery. At this point as long as I start reincorporating activity back into my life which for me includes getting to the gym. That's my goal for the rest of September, while I reexamine my previous fitness routine and work towards a new one.
Trying to lose the weight and change my way of thinking about health overall.
I like books video games going to the movies plus I really enjoy british comedies. Especially those from the late 80's and mid 90's. I love going for walks in the city, especially when the weather is great..but as a Canadian well we get snow so walks in the snow are alright as well. You just need to bundle up a bit!
Happy Friday! We are currently doing a crunch challenge for team Endurance and could really use your help!! You have to do a minimum of 20 a day with a max of 100.
