It's about time...

I take back control of my life. For so many years I have consumed myself with taking care of others needs that I lost myself in the process. I have been unhappy for far too long. I keep justifying the lack of interest in myself with being exhausted yet am the first to volunteer when someone else is in need. My Goals:
Hello everyone! I'm, 29 yrs. old and live in Brooklyn, NY. I have been married for 3 years however have been with my hubby for 7 yrs and have a beautiful 11 yr old stepdaughter. Like many other women I have placed myself last in the priority list and am putting an end to that today. My goal is to lose 85 lbs. by May of '10 before my 30th Birthday. I want to lose the weight for several reasons of course overall health is my top priority but most of all I want to feel comfortable in my own skin again.

My Program:
1. I have been a member of a gym since October '08 however; have not gone for several months now...so step #1 is.. I will start going to the gym at least 3x a week.

2. I am cutting out all soda (even diet).

3. I will make better food choices including proper food portions

4. I will drink lots of water

5. I will make time for me NO MATTER WHAT!!

Other Information:
NO EXCUSE = SUCCESS
