I've been down the diet road plenty before but, what happens is I stop walking and then I start eating more and buying junk food. I just got to keep in my mind what they are teaching on this sight, you can't eat fat-free all day and expect that you will be thin. You need some exercise, some fat, some carbs, some protein and some calories, moderation in portion size and you need to treat yourself. I love chocolate covered pretzels. I bought a small bag at Dollar General. I am only eating 1 serving when it fits in with my nutrition and not eating the whole bag, like I have done in the past.
