11/26/12 I have been off and on a diet plan for years now with no success. Then I realized I need to stop dieting and start changing my lifestyle. I have a wonderful man as my support system and I couldn't be happier. Now I am restarting my journey at 206 lbs. I will be checking in weekly to show my progress. My plan is to get involved in Crossfit. At home for now till I find myself comfortable with this type of program. I will also take advantage of the Wii and Xbox fitness games. Of ...

My Program:
Cardio: 30mins to 60mins six days a week. (Varying the cardio to keep it interesting) Endurance/Strength Training: 3-4 days a week (At Home Crossfit) Flexibility: 30mins daily.
