I have struggled with weight loss all of my life. I have learned a lot about myself over the last several years. Lessons learned: 1. I have PCOS which makes my journey more difficult but explains the many plateaus and struggles I've had. 2. I am an emotional/stress eater who binges out of control at least once a month. 3. I struggle with motivation to stay on task.

I have returned to spark people after my recent attempt and return to weight watchers. Time becomes my greatest enemy with raising twins and working full time. There are some nights I just don't feel like doing anything and often don't track my points. I need to get back on track and thought I would return here to do it. This time round I have a few coworkers who use this site so I hope it helps.

My Goals:
Lose weight to be healthy and feel better.

Be able to run and get down on the floor and play with our children like my hubby.

My Program:
I am taking this one day at a time. I have a loving husband who is trying to be supportive of my goal to lose weight and be healthier. I am making a lifestyle change to eat healthier using portion control and to add exercise to my regular daily activity. I plan to be more active on this website with blogging and teams to get the support I need and to help motivate while also relieving stress.

Personal Information:
I am 37 yrs old. Man how time flys!! I have graduated with my Masters, had wonderful twins, and working as a vocational rehabilitation counselor. My life is busy but I need to make some changes in my life, so here I am back in black to beat the odds!

    That means that tonight is cardio. If I challenge you to 30 mins of cardio tonight, and in exchange, I'll do an hour, can you do it?

    Today begins my YMCA membership (4 months), so I'm going to get off my duff and go swim. Can you match my exercise minutes? I'm going to aim for 50 minutes - 30 of cardio and 20 of strength.

    Hi! I am finishing up my Bachelors in Communications. I hope to be done by May of 2010. Then I plan to get my Masters in Human Resources. Hope you are doing well. One day at a time is what I get done. LOL! What do you want to do with your degree?
