It's no road trip to Cleveland...

Hi! I am trying to get back on track with fitness after an approximate 2 year break from steady exercise. Why? Bought a house and let that be the excuse to get completely out of routine. So here, I am trying to get back on track with a little help from SparkPeople!! Wish me luck!!

Update October 2008: Broke my foot in July and resumed regular exercise in mid-October. This set back will not defeat me!!

Update December 2008: Decided on a tangible goal - Wear a size 10. ...

Changing your life, not a DIEt, but a real change in your life, is an exercise in living in the present.

Yesterday is a Memory, Tomorrow is a Mystery, but today is a gift. That is why we call it the present.

Every day you are confronted with little choices. Should I drive or Walk... Should I take the elevator or the stairs... Should I have the apple or the Twinkie... Each just a small choice in itself... but over the course of a year?... Those little choices add up to a new lifestyle...

Just live in the present, make good choices, and everything will come in it's own time.

Remember the Secret Formula...
