Im Beth. Im 24 years old. I have been overweight since i hit puberty, jumping up to 175 at 12 years old. I come from an overweight family, and im hoping to change the habits that i picked up from my family, and not pick up the health problems so many of my family members suffer. in 2005, i started the carb diet. i went from 220 to 165, then found out i was pregnant. since i had my son in july, 06, i have been around 205-212. i decided the bad habits were coming back, and i was sick of ...

Time to make a lifestyle change, not only for myself, but for my beautiful son.

Update: We recently had an addition to our family. Aiden Michael was born on March 25th, 2008. He was 6 lbs 15 oz. Now its time to lose the baby weight as well!


Update again: I lost the baby weight! Went to 155 for awhile, but i quit smoking cigarettes. So now, to lose weight again! Here we go!

My Goals:
My main goal in life is to be healthy and happy, but we all want that...right?? Current goal is to get down to 150 and to be more flexible.

My Program:
I do cardio daily, strength training daily (different areas), and yoga daily. I try to add a fruit to every meal and to a snack and make healthier choices.

Personal Information:
I am with a wonderful guy and were going on almost 2 years now! I have 2 great kids who love to do yoga with us!

I quit smoking in September 2010. ITs been a challenge with my endurance, so im working on that as best as i can.

Other Information:
Um....my favorite books would prolly be the Anne Rice Vampire Chronicles and anything by Stephen King.

Hi, Thanks for adding me too! I too have 2 little ones! they are a challenge in themselves!! I have started making small changes to my nutrition side of things and am tracking everything!! :) I have also been doing the videos and cardio plus im training for a 5K which is now only a week and a half away!! so im hoping for good things this week at weigh in! :)

Thanks I hope I can get back in to studing it again. Me and my friend was studing the books and stuff but she moved and got married and a few years later I moved and got married in Feb 2007 so it has been a big trun around in my life. But I would love to learn more about the wiccan's and start studing it again.
