Lady Mamm's Conquest

I am choosing to embark on a conquest to eat in a way that is healthy. I choose to shed the layers of weigh and live a lighter life in my body and soul. Encourage me on my journey, for in any conquest there will be mountains to climb and challenges to face. Help me as I seek food to take on my daily journey. ( I do mean that litteraly) Share with me your recipies and ideas for portable meals, as I pack for Lunch, Dinner and Snacks away from home.

emoticon I am so PROUD of you for not giving up on yourself and wanting to change from poor eating habits to living a healthier lifestyle!! YOU ARE A WINNER!! I'm hoping the following may help you begin with your journey towards weight loss goals.

emoticon THROW OUT by GIVING TO THE NEAREST FOOD PANTRY in your area, all the junk food and unhealthy beverages that are in your cabinets and refrigerator. Not only are they sabotaging your will power, the Food Pantry will be grateful for your generous donation. If it's not in your home, it's impossible to be eaten!

emoticon Start a NEW GROCERY LIST! REPLACE with healthy foods, snacks, water and beverages. (Check to see if your doctor has a printout of your recommended daily diet or have him/her refer you to a nutritionist).

emoticon Use the SparkPoints tracking your daily nutrition (meals, drinks and snacks), by journaling everything that goes into your mouth. Don't go over your daily calories, carbs, fat and protein ranges.

emoticon Use the SparkPoints for tracking both of your daily fitness programs (your doctor's recommended exercise and cardio). Burn more calories than what you eat, but it is important to stay within your calorie ranges.
