Once and for All

I've always been fighting 25 pounds but could never keep it off. My doctor ordered me to lose 25 lbs. Since then I've been sabotaging myself. I HAVE to finally do this, not only for myself, but for my daughter as well. I'm the only parent she has left. This is MY time to FINALLY get this weight off once and for all!

My Goals:
Walk 4-5 miles daily 6 days per week. Longer mile walks on weekends. No eating after 8 pm. 2+liters liquid daily. Eat smaller meals more often, 1100 cal or less.

Thank you, honestly, Thank YOU so much for your comment on my blog. It is going to be hard getting back into it, but because of your comment, I don't feel alone anymore.

So far to day I've recorded everything I've eaten and gone for a small walk to loosen my back. It will take time, but I know I can do this.

I am also working to walk the Disneyland half. Which is why I am increasing my walks. I am also lifting weights. Just started using 8 lbs rather than 5. It is hard to keep myself motivated and very easy to not do the weight workouts. But I have high blood pressure and the Dr. wants me to lift weights. You keep up the hard work and maybe we will see each other at the Disneyland half.
