My Goals:
My goal is to get to a healthier weight.
I am not thinking of the long term number of pounds I have to lose but I am thinking of the short term pounds I want to lose.

My Program:
I am tracking my food on a daily basis. I am also researching what is in the food I am eating.
I am not eating as much processed food but re-learning to make healither fresh food.
I have also added walking to my daily routine.

Just though I would mention I, too, had a heart attack 2 years ago. Am feeling great now and since joining SP more and more every day. Give us a chance, we will become a habit you won't have to break! emoticon
