My goals is to strengthen my body, especially my back and lose some weight. Its funny, I can teach others the do's/don't about healthy eating and exercise, but to apply it to myself, now that's a different story. My biggest problem, I have to say, is that I do not have to be hungry to eat. I don't eat junk food, like cakes, cookies, etc... I eat food/meals. Also another big issue I had was injuring my back, which landed me in a wheelchair, then walker, etc... But I do feel its time and my body is ready to exercise and get back into being healthy again and working hard. I have lots of changes to make, and know its going to take time and a lot of work. My youngest daughter is also overweight but at a different level than me and I don't want her to live a life, fighting this battle. So I know I need to change for me and her. Once I get more healthier, I feel I can work hard for her too, you know. As well my results will give her some motivation to get up and moving too.
