    1,200-1,500 calories each day (but normally stay in the 1,200 range). I drink nothing but water. I workout 6 days a week for at least an hour doing cardio on my home exercise bike. I always stay motivated and dedicated 100% of the time. That's about it. Pretty simple. I just NEVER cheat or skip days!
