My Goals:
After 2 years of unexpected health problems that are really unusual in someone my age, I am looking forward to feeling young again. I'm hoping to return to the level of fitness that I had before I became ill, and then get even stronger.


My Program:
I'm into eating delicious fresh local fruit, vegetables and meat. I'm thinking of taking a break from grains and unfermented dairy.
I'm interested in intuitive eating. I'm starting to track my nutrition by taking photographs of everything i eat. I work out 3x a week for 90 minutes each session, with a physical therapist in a medically supervised setting. I'm also doing water aerobics 2x weekly at the local YMCA.

I'm just catching up on my emails and I see you've joined the Living with Osteoporosis team - welcome! it's a small group and I've been trying to make it more active, so come join us for a chat. Are you diagnosed? What changes have you made in your life to accommodate this illness?

I hope you are doing well on your road to a healthy lifestyle - I'm still struggling with giving up the goodies.
