emoticon Just stopped by to say Hello & glad you've decided to take care of YOU! I used to be a nurse, so I know how easy it is to always take care of others & neglect ourselves. The same goes for moms. But SP is a wonderful site with tons of info, support & encouragment to help us reach our goals if we remember to make ourselves a priority every day!!
