Hi, I'm Jamie. Mom, truckers wife living a truckers life out on the road with my trucker. Nope I don't drive but I do cook, craft, and enjoy the scenery as he works and we travel coast to coast. Many adventures, new things to learn and see while continuing my journey to a healthier me.
My current goal is to continue working out 4-5 days per week.
Eating green faces, meaning little to no processed foods.
Reach my desired weight of 195.
Exercise of some sort every day, walking/running/bicyling/weights/core. Even restroom pushups; squats before meals, etc.
Watching what I eat, trying to stay with in calorie range and get enough protein and limit my carbs to those from freggies.
I took a huge leap and moved to TX with DH for a new job. I am an empty nester and looking for work. I spend my day working my Beachbody business, exercising, walking the dog and taking care of our home while looking for a job.
My favorite movies are Disneys Fantasia (most anything Disney really) and It's a Wonderful Life. Love the classic Fred Astire, Jimmy Stewart, Danny Kaye, the Little Rascals. Lots of good stuff!
Favorite book: Gone with the Wind, most anything by Stephen King and broadening my horizons thanks to my youngest daughter. Reading a lot of stuff about teens and the trials of life as a teen today versus twenty plus years ago.
Favorite food: Oh so many choices - DARK CHOCOLATE 70% cocoa or better, mom's liver and onions, other sinful treats
