I'm back at it! i've been Sparking off and on for a few years now. I used to think this one be a One Off -- I would get the weight off and be done. That MAY happen - but this seems to be my Achilles Heel, so to speak. SO, I may be a lifelong Sparker, and that's ok. I keep getting a bit better all the time!

My Goals:
I have a big goal, but I only want to weigh once a month - I am changing my focus from the scale to 'how my body feels'
My Program:
8 glasses of water, per day & 8 hours of sleep. Fitness: T-Tapp or walking or other aerobics 3x a week. Strength training 2x a WEEK. Mindful movement & meditation 30 minutes DAILY.
Personal Information:
Married 21 years, no children. I finished my college degree May 2012. It took me until my 5th decade of life, but I'm going to do it- with a major in Women's Studies and a minor in Psychology. Presently, I'm a housewife looking for work and planning for grad school.
Other Information:
I enjoy reading, traveling. I plan on going to Europe once I get my Bachelors to utilize the Italian I learned. I also enjoy cooking & baking. I'm not athletic, but maybe I will be as a lighter person. I do love the outdoors, and especially the water - lakes, springs, ocean .. all of it. I used to enjoy camping, and will again!
