The beginning of a new journey

Hi, I'm Debbie, A 52 yr old Mom to 5 kids, Mimi to 2 grandchildren and another on the way. I am a flight attendant for Continental Express and have been married to an Law enforcement officer for 26 yrs. I am looking to lose 30-36 lbs. I belong to Gold's Gym and try to workout when possible. Reading other peoples stories help me stay motivated.

My Goals:
My main goal is to lose 30-33 lbs by Dec 09. I want to be fit and toned for my daughters wedding. Mostly, It may sound vain but I want to stay as young and active for as long as I can. Not ready for a rocking chair!!

My Program:
Trying to watch my calorie intake and working out with a trainer 2xweek. On my own I am working on cardio and activities that keep me going.

Personal Information:
I am still a kid at heart who wants to play and stay active. I would still like to be attractive to the opposite sex. I may be a grandmother but I don't want to look like a frumpy old one!!!
I have 3 kids of my own, 2 married into the family and 2 grandchildren with a 3rd on the way. I am a flight attendant so I stay busy between the job and home.

Other Information:
I like to ride my bike, garden, bowl, read books, watch scary movies..try new things.
My favorite saying is "If something is worth doing then it's worth doing right!!"

hi. I'm new to sparks too. Even though I sign up over a year ago, I never enter any data. Today I decided to jump in with both feet. I'm hoping that by filling out the entries each day, it will keep me aware of what I want and what I have to do to get it. Good luck.
