    I did... 1600 calories
    Didn't go to salsa..took a long nap, I just woke up. going to get some stuff done now. Don't feel like going to work tomorrow I made an appt to get my drivers license renewed. Ive got 5 sick days left.

    I hope you tracked your intake today! How was the salsa class? I didn't run this morning, but I did clean the house and tackle the laundry mound. Stuck to my calorie goal for today! emoticon

    Yes.... everything seems to be falling into place and/or being taking care of. Chloe's baptism is a thing of the past. I see lots of lettuce in my future...lol

    One good thing, I've noticed that although I may not be eating the healthiest of foods yet, I learned to not over eat (well..not as much as I used to), and THAT, is another stepping stone towards my success!

    I feel good about myself for being able to have accomplished that and because I took a stand for myself today.
