I think I've lost another pound. I've got to get a better scale! I've been "bad" but not so "bad". At least the scale is moving downward!
I can honestly say that I'm much more aware of what I eat, which is a big help.

Thanks for the article. It says exactly what I've been telling you for a long time. Weight lifting is important for your health and to help with weight loss. It can even be exercises like push ups/squats to start.

Believe it or not, I've been tracking and not doing so bad. Today we're having fish and yellow rice. fF course I won't have a plate full ....just 1/2 a cup.
