Thanks for stopping by my blog yesterday! The prevailing rationale (diet mentality) is that you need to deprive yourself in order to lose weight. In a sense, that's true. Spark people (as you know) isn't about losing weight, it's about becoming healthy and establishing healthy habits that result in weight loss.
