My Goals:
Besides the obvious of loosing 70 pounds, my goals are simple. I want to be comfortable riding horses again, I want to enjoy hiking once more. I want to not worry about becoming a diabetic.

My Program:
I am looking for a balanced approach. I want to find an eating and exercising plan that is for life, not just one that I can stand to be on for a few months until I loose the weight.

Personal Information:
I live in the middle of nowhere in central Ohio and I love it. I am married and live with 2 dogs, 2 goats, and a flock of chickens.
