This page is set up to monitor my weight loss efforts... It should be simple. I have do this before, my weight is an up and down thing. But I work across the street from Ballys and I have a membership so I have no reason to go.. When I started this I weighted in at 184. I am naturally thick, and this weight thing as been an on going issue since I was 20. I am back at my heaviest now. I was here once before, but I excerised daily and changed my eating (a little) this time around I am back exercising (jogging and complete body workouts).. Hopefully I will get the weight off again and keep it off. I am 28 and I don't want to go into my 30s with bad habits. This is going to be a change of lifestyle for me. If you look at my pix on the side the red one is the first time I lost the weight. That was a great size for me, I looked great... The bottom pic is from last year, before my most resent weight gain. I ran and look at those legs... and the tush is sitting in the air..... I will get it again. I promise just watch me!!!!! And watch out for the Bathing suit pic in the summer... Gotta Luv it.....

I am giving myself goal rewards..

Motivation- So I am tired and didn't want to go to the gym, until this skinny girl strutted her a$$ pass me, showing nothing but toned legs. Guess who went to the gym 30 minute later.... lol

3/11/09-" I was so busy at work that I didn't go to the gym so I punished myself and walked 17 blocks home after work. What I learned.... My butt will be in the gym tomorrow! The punishment always fits the crime"
